Summary:
|
On May 1, 2020, the District and the California School Employee Association reached an agreement to extend the provisions of the March 17, 2020 Memorandum of Understanding between the Perris Union High School District and the California School Employees Association, and its Chapter Perris Valley 469 concerning the District's response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, that was Board approved at the April 15, 2020 Board Meeting.
This new agreement provides a $500 bonus payment for bargaining unit members who are deemed as “Essential Staff” and are required to report to work one or more days in the month of May and June.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Perris Union High School District and the California School Employees Association, and its Chapter Perris Valley 469 regarding the extension of the District's coronavirus response.
