Summary:
|
Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) provides instructional services to expelled students through the Riverside County Expelled Student Plan pursuant to Education Code ยง48926. The Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) pays for these services on an Average Daily Attendance (ADA) basis for each student served as defined in the Agreement.
The preliminary per-ADA rates for each year are as follows:
2021-22= $18,122.22
2022-23= $18,756.49
2023-24= $19,412.97
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.

Funding:

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Multi-Year Agreement #IN70015 with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools for instructional services through the Community School Program.
