Summary:

The Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Department requests approval of the District Agreement with R&R Roofing & Waterproofing, Incorporated for the Roofing Project at the M&O Building in the amount of $20,220.
The Roofing Project consists of the vendor updating and replacing the existing roof at the M&O Building per the scope of work identified in the Agreement.
Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 22032(a), public projects of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) or less may be performed by negotiated contract or purchase order.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the Maintenance Fund, not the General Fund.
