Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement for tutoring services with Professional Tutors of America for the 2018-19 school year. These services would be used to provide a student agreed upon compensatory educational services via a settlement agreement. These services would include tutoring in the students home.
The term of this Agreement shall be from August 16, 2018 to June 30, 2018 at a total cost not-to-exceed $11,031.25
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through Special Education, Fund 06.
