Summary
:
The California Military Institute is requesting approval to contract with Operation SafeHouse which will provide Safe Place/What’s Up SafeHouse App outreach services for youth ages 12-18.
In addition to the Safe Place/What’s Up SafeHouse App program, Operation SafeHouse will provide Peer Youth Specialists and Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) counseling services for transition age youth ages 16-25.
The goal of the program is to engage youth in activities that promote healthy lifestyle choices and to change the perception of depression, trauma, and mental health issues and getting help.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
