Summary: The Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) currently provides various Career Technical Education (CTE) classes at the three comprehensive high schools within the Perris Union High School District under the existing Multi-Year Agreement IN-10053. This addendum for year three of the three year Agreement covers the following six Career Technical Education Instructors for a total cost of $590,988.78 for the 2017-18 school year.

1) Engineering/CAD Instructor (Heritage High School)
2) Digital Instructor (Heritage High School)
3) Sports Therapy Instructor (Paloma Valley High School)
4) Marketing Instructor (Paloma Valley High School)
5) Culinary Instructor (Perris High School)
6) Retail Instructor (Perris High School)

The term of this Agreement will be July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2017-18 operating budget funded through the Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement IN-10053 with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools for Career Technical Education Services.
