Summary:
|
Due to the COVID-19 school closure order, the District closed all of its campuses effective March 16, 2020 and on April 2, 2020, acknowledged that the Riverside County Public Health Officer extended school closures through June 19, 2020. In light of the extended closures, the District and ASB groups began to work with vendors regarding contracted events occurring during the school closures.
Pursuant to conversations with District staff, Wedgewood Weddings Menifee Lakes agreed to transfer the non-refundable deposit to a newly scheduled 2021 CMI Prom at the same location. The addendum acknowledges the transfer of 2020 Prom funds to the 2021 Prom. The Contract is the agreement for the 2021 CMI Prom to take place at Wedgewood Weddings Menifee Lakes on Saturday, May 22, 2021.
