Summary:
|
In order to maintain parity among all employee groups, administration is recommending the Management and Confidential salary schedules be increased consistent with the Tentative Agreements recently reached between the District and the Perris Secondary Educators Association (PSEA) and between the District and the California School Employees Association (CSEA). Those Agreements provide for an ongoing salary schedule increase of 2 percent retroactive to July 1, 2018 and a one-time off schedule payment equal to one and one-fourth percent (1.25 percent) of the 2018-19 salary. The off-schedule payment shall be paid in two (2) equal installments, the first installment no later than February 2019 and the second in June 2019. The agreements also include a second on schedule increase of 2 percent effective July 1, 2019 and a third on schedule 2 percent increase effective July 1, 2020.
