Summary: On March 31, 2017, the Perris Union High School District and the California State Employees Association (CSEA) reached a Tentative Agreement over the parties' bargaining for the 2016-17, 2017-18, and 2018-19 school years. This TA was ratified by the CSEA membership on April 24, 2017. Pursuant to AB 1200, a public school employer must disclose the major provisions of any changes to a collective bargaining agreement, including the costs incurred by the employer for the current and subsequent fiscal years.

Attached are the required AB 1200 public disclosure documents in Accordance with G.C. 3547.5., E.C. 42142 and Criteria and Standards adopted by the State Board of Education.
Funding: The cost is included in the 2016-17 budget.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Disclosure of Collective Bargaining Agreement (AB 1200) for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 with the California State Employees Association.
