Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement for tutoring and speech services with Haynes Family of Programs - S.T.A.R Academy. Compensatory educational services will be provided via a settlement agreement. These services would include tutoring and speech services in the student’s home.
The term of this Agreement shall be from April 16, 2019 through June 30, 2020 at a total cost not to exceed $10,975.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 operating budget funded through Special Education, Fund 06, not the General Fund.

Recommendation:
|
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify the Professional Services Agreement with Haynes Family of Programs – S.T.A.R. Academy for tutoring and speech services.
