Summary: Perris High School would like to obtain the services of Friesens Corporation for the publication of the school’s yearbook.

Friesens will provide full-service assistance, from yearbook inception to production, to sale of the yearbooks for Perris High School. The estimated cost of services for the 2020-21 school year will be $10,968.31 plus applicable taxes and shipping costs.

The term of the Agreement shall be from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The Agreement includes up to two (2) additional one (1) year opt-in terms to lock in rates. These additional renewals will be reviewed and renewed annually.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through Perris High School's Associated Student Body Account, not the General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement with Friesens Corporation for publication of the Perris High School yearbook.
