Summary:
|
Board authorization is requested to purchase modular buildings for the Perris Union High School District. A specific need is currently being evaluated for the Student Services Center Project through a Piggyback Contract, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20118. The contract we are requesting to be utilized for this purchase is the Garden Grove Unified School District Bid No. 1512 and subsequent renewal amendment for Sean Khan Consulting (SKC).

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
