Summary: The District would like to enter into an Agreement with Addiction Treatment Technologies, LLC, DBA Care Solace. The District is recommending this service in order to support parents and students with obtaining treatment services in the area of mental health and substance abuse.

Care Solace will provide a District branded website containing a vetted list of service providers, match providers that will work with families insurance or through public assistance, procure appointments and services, and provide telephone customer service support (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm, Pacific time) to families and students of the District.

The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022.

This is being brought forward as a ratification due to untimely receipt of the negotiated Agreement.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through the Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify the Agreement with Addiction Treatment Technologies, LLC DBA Care Solace to provide resources for mental health and substance abuse.
