Summary:
|
The District is interested in entering into a Fieldwork Agreement with the University of La Verne. The District agrees to allow University students gain the necessary fieldwork, practicum, teaching, counseling, psychology, and administrative services experience by interacting with and observing the assessing/assessment of students and teachers, counselors, psychologists, and administrators, as well as teaching classes and working with students at its schools. The University shall reimburse an honorarium of $100 per student teacher in the Single Subject and Educational Specialist Credential program for Introductory Supervised Teaching and $200 per student teacher in the Single Subject and Educational Specialist Credential program for Advanced Supervised Teaching. Further, the University shall reimburse the District for services rendered for an amount not to exceed the actual cost to the District of such services.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024.
