Summary:
|
The Perris High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with Special Events in order to retain a location for the Perris High School Prom for 2020. To take advantage of the proposed extra incentives, they will also contract with Special Events in 2021 allowing them a complimentary DJ for up to 4 hours per school year, and complimentary centerpieces (rentals) per school year.
The 2020 Prom will be held at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, California on Saturday, April 25, 2020, at a minimum cost of $34,400. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2018-19 Junior Class students and ASB Advisor.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Perris High School's Associated Student Body Account, not the General Fund.
