Summary: Attached for the Board's approval and acceptance is a summary of donations received by the District. There are monetary donations of $250 from CR&R Incorporated and $1,000 from the City of Menifee for Student of the Month meals. There is a goods donation of school supplies that includes pencils, paper, scissors, markers, colored pencils, calculators, binders, notebooks, and folders (estimated value of $9,000) from Walmart for PUHSD students in need of school supplies that do not have the means to purchase necessary items.
Funding: The budget will be adjusted to reflect these donations.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the donations as presented.
