Summary:

By March 31st of each year, the District must notify the Riverside County Office of Education of its arrangements to provide for an annual audit (see attached Notice of Governing Board's Intention to Provide for Audit).
Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP was selected in accordance with Assembly Bill 2834 (Auditor Rotation Requirements) and Education Code 41020.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through the General Fund.

Recommendation:
|
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees notify the Riverside County Office of Education that Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP will audit the District's financial records for fiscal year 2018-19 under the terms and conditions of the contract.
