Summary:
|
On March 19, 2014, the Board of Trustees approved Lease Agreements for nine classroom portables and one restroom portable to be used as interim housing during the final construction phase at Perris High School. In order to continue using these portables, Contract Addenda are the most cost effective options for the District and required to continue leasing these portables through the 2020-21 school year.
The Contract Addenda pricing is as follows:
Perris High School:
3 - 24x40 classroom portables - $675 each, per month, 1 year lease extension from July 24, 2020 through July 18, 2021.
3 - 36x40 classroom portables - $1,475 each, per month, 1 year lease extension from July 24, 2020 through July 18, 2021.
3 - 48x40 classroom portables - $1,845 each, per month, 1 year lease extension from July 24, 2020 through July 18, 2021.
1 - 12x40 restroom building - $1,705 per month, 1 year lease extension from July 24, 2020 through July 18, 2021.
This item is being brought forward as a ratification due to delays in getting the updated addendums related to COVID 19 office closures and staff constraints at Mobile Modular.
