Summary:
|
Nutrition Services is requesting to renew the Piggybackable Contract #FS15/16-02 for milk, dairy, juice and ice cream as awarded to Hollandia Dairy. Nutrition Services has determined that it is in the best interest of the Perris Union High School District to extend the contract an additional year, through the 2017-18 school year.
The Agreement included up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms for a maximum of three (3) years in accordance with Education Code Section 81644. This term for Amendment No. 1 from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 will be the second and final of the (2) additional one (1) year terms.
Legal reference for piggybackable bidding is Public Contract Code 20118.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2017-18 operating funded through Nutrition Services, Fund 13.
