Summary:
|
California Military Institute's Achievement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Coordinator, Alison Miller, is in the process of planning AVID's Annual Northern California College trip for its junior members. This will be the first trip for California Military Institute students as they will be visiting four college campuses over the three day trip. The list of colleges programmed to attend are as follows:
Day #1: Stanford University
Day #2: UC Santa Cruz, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
Day #3: UC Santa Barbara
Sixteen students and four adult chaperones will be transported by District vehicles. The cost per person will be $168 per night. The students will each pay $140 to cover the cost of eight meals. They will bring additional money for miscellaneous expenses.

The cost for this item is included in the 2018-19 operating budget funded through California Military Institute's LCAP Funds.
