Summary: The District has partnered with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) for the Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI) program, formerly referred to as Beginning Teacher Support Assessment (BTSA) for many years. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to approve the formal working relationship set forth in the operating conditions that govern the partnership.

The District will pay the annual enrollment/participation fee of $2,200 plus any applicable CTI provided reflective coach fees per candidate ($2,700 for blended face-to-face/online and $2,200 for online only) enrolled during the term of the Agreement.

The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.

This Agreement is being taken as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
