Summary:
|
The District requested proposals for special inspection and testing services for the Paloma Valley High School Aquatic Center Project. The District would like to extend the contract to Atlas Technical Consultants LLC. Title 24, Part 1, Section 4-335 requires that special inspections and testing for construction projects under the jurisdiction of the Division of State Architects (DSA) be performed by testing facilities acceptable to the DSA. The services are being provided at an estimated project cost of $274,315.
The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of 13 months from May 2021 through June 2022.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
