Summary:
|
District staff identified the need to design and construct a video studio at Paloma Valley High School. This project will help provide proficiency in a career technical pathway that leads to certification, licensure, and/or continued learning at the postsecondary level. Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the basic operations and the importance of maintaining equipment and supplies. The services are broken into four (4) phases: design, equipment recommendations, the construction of the studio set - offsite, and installation. The total cost for the services is not to exceed $87,500.00.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from August 22, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the Career Technical Education Incentive Grant, not the General Fund.
