The Purchasing Department used formal bidding procedures for the removal of the existing football/soccer field turf and the installation of the new Astro Turf football/soccer field at the Perris High School Stadium.
The bid opening was held on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Responsive Bids were submitted as follows:
CONTRACTOR / BASE BID
Asphalt, Fabric, and Engineering, Incorporated / $250,165
Notice to Proceed was given in order to meet critical project timelines and negate undue delay of the project so that the field can be ready for the 2017-18 football season.
The Contract was bid and is being recommended for award pursuant to Public Contract Code 20111.
