Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) would like to continue with the services of Inspire Social through June 30, 2021 for marketing, communication and graphic design services. Inspire Social has been assisting the District with a wide array of enhanced and targeted communications with the PUHSD stakeholder community. An important element in PUHSD’s LCAP goal #4 is stakeholder engagement, specifically to secure and strengthen the home, school, community connections and communications. Inspire Social will continue to work with District and school site personnel within our social media platforms, and in the development of materials to assist the departments and school sites in their promotion and marketing efforts, and community engagement strategies. Of particular focus over the two (2) year period will be to present a more positive image of all school sites and the District to the communities we serve so that stakeholders are aware of the phenomenal programs and services offered by PUHSD, as well as to maintain positive, reliable communications regarding events taking place in PUHSD. This is extremely important given the competition public schools face with charter schools and with transfer requests to other schools outside of PUHSD. Lastly, as we prepare to open Liberty High School, marketing and graphic work will need to be completed. This Contract will be for a monthly fee of $8,000 per month for the two (2) year period for a total of $96,000 per year.
