Pursuant to Perris Union High School District Board Policy 4111/4211/4311 this Selection Guide has been established by the Human Resources Department to establish clear, unbiased, legal, and transparent procedures for recruiting, screening, interview, selection, and hiring employees to the Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) and the California Military Institute (CMI), a dependent Charter School. These guidelines incorporate a set of principles that are designed to assist the District to comply with requirements of Federal law prohibiting employment practices which discriminate on grounds of race, color, religion, sex and national origin. The guide includes the standardized forms and checklists used by the Human Resources Department throughout the selection process.
