Summary:
|
Paloma Valley High School would like to retain the services of Walsworth for a one-year renewal term from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. The Board approved the initial year of the contract at the Board Meeting on June 15, 2016.
Over the last year, Walsworth has successfully provided full service assistance, from yearbook inception, to production, to sale of the yearbooks for Paloma Valley High School. The site has been extremely happy with the quality of the product and services that Walsworth has provided.
The cost of services for the 2017-18 school year will be $49,825.
The initial term of the original Agreement was from May 19, 2016 to June 30, 2017. The Agreement included up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596. This term from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 will be the first of the (4) additional one (1) year terms.
Education Code 48930 is the legal reference for the Associated Student Body contracts.
