The Paloma Valley High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with SOS Entertainment in order to retain a location for the 2021 Paloma Valley High School Prom.
Although there are uncertain conditions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Paloma Valley High School ASB must meet certain timelines in order to secure a venue for the 2021 Paloma Valley High School Prom. All parties are aware of the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 guidelines for public gatherings and will adhere to state and local guidelines during the time of the event, including cancellation if necessary.
The 2021 prom will be held at the San Diego Port Pavilion in San Diego, California on Saturday, April 24, 2021. The cost is $85 per person with a minimum guarantee of 500 attendees for a cost of $42,500. The maximum attendees will not exceed 1,200 for a cost of $102,000. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2020-21 Senior Class students and ASB Advisor.

The cost for this item is included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through Paloma Valley High School's Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
