Summary:

Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) staff request the approval of Resolution No. 44.19-20 that will name the PUHSD Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent as authorized signing agents to execute documents related to acceptance and approval of project plans and applications necessary for Public Utility approvals. These include the necessary forms of applications, easements, public utility applications and agreements, easement agreements, real estate documents related to plan approval, plat maps, parcel maps, lot splits, lot line mergers and all Public Utility related documents necessary for project plan approval and completion.
