Summary:
|
The District previously entered into Agreement Number MOU1138 that was approved at the April 17, 2019 Board Meeting. The District requests the ratification of Modification No. 1 to Agreement MOU1138 with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) to extend the term for one (1) year. The program operates at Pathways for Adult Life Skills (PALS) to assist the district with its high school age students who have dropped out of school, 5th year seniors and dropouts in the community (through age 23). The program is held Monday through Friday of each week, with the exception of holidays and District closures, with all costs being borne by the RCSS.
The term of this Modification No. 1 is from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
This MOU is being brought forward as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the Agreement from RCSS.
