Summary:
|
As a result of the changing needs of our students it was identified that the job duties outlined in the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) job description did not sufficiently align to the responsibilities assigned to the employees. The analysis of expected duties resulted in the creation of a new position/job description for a Health Technician. All current CNA's will be reclassified to this new position which will be a part of the CSEA bargaining unit at a monthly salary of $3,091 to $3,967, salary schedule #20 Row 18.
