Summary:
|
Heritage High School would like to retain the services of Walsworth for a one (1) year renewal term from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The Board approved the initial year of the contract at the Board Meeting on June 15, 2016.
Walsworth has successfully provided full service assistance, from yearbook inception, to production, to sale of the yearbooks for Heritage High School. The site has been extremely happy with the quality of the product and services that Walsworth has provided.
The estimated cost of services for the 2019-20 school year will be $35,393.75.
The initial term of the original Agreement was from May 19, 2016 through June 30, 2017. The Agreement included up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596. This term from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 will be the third of the four (4) additional one (1) year terms.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Heritage High School's Associated Student Body Account, not the General Fund.
