Summary:
|
The District has four (4) schools (Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, Perris High School, and Pinacate Middle School) certified through RIMS Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) and AVID Center in San Diego. This Agreement covers the licensing fee in addition to the support each site receives from personnel at RIMS AVID and AVID Center. Support includes coaching for AVID site coordinators, site teams, site administration, and district administration, as well as assistance with data management of the AVID program, site visits, writing of the site plan, the annual certification self-study and implementation of the plans.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
