Summary:
|
At the August 15, 2018 Board Meeting, the Board approved an Agreement with the California Military Department (CMD) to receive funds as provided for in the State Budget Act. These funds are used to assist the programs at the California Military Institute (CMI). The term of this Agreement was Board approved as a two (2) year term from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020. This Amendment is being brought forward to amend Section III, line (2b) to increase Category 3 operating funds from $100,000 to $170,000 for the fiscal year 2019-20 as reimbursement for funds spent by CMI in support of CMD’s role at the Academy. The Amendment is being brought to the Board as a ratification due to the timing of the State Budget Act, which provided this funding source to CMD for CMI.
