Summary:
|
MicroStrategy is the reporting application used by districts throughout Riverside County and is fully supported by the Riverside County Office of Education. The MicroStrategy World is a full three-day conference that consists of MicroStrategy Education. In this conference attendees will learn how to use the reporting tools to their full potential. Topics that will be covered are Embedded Analytics; users will learn the skills needed to extend, embed, and inject MicroStrategy into our custom financial application (Galaxy). Optimized Connectivity to All Data; users will learn how to leverage the value of their data in order to extract information into readable and understandable formats. By attending this conference, the Director of Fiscal Services will learn how to build and maintain fiscal reports and information and to disseminate this information to stakeholders and staff on an automated basis. In addition, the conference will provide a hands-on experience building next-generation analytics and mobility applications, thereby enhancing the District’s efforts of regular open communication as it relates to fiscal matters. The cost of the registration ($1,395) is paid by the vendor. The District will be responsible for lodging and travel expenses.
