Summary:
|
The District contracts annually with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) in order to provide information systems support services for the current fiscal year.
Services for 2017-18 include:
•Standard Galaxy Support
•Report Processing and Distribution
•Standard RCOE Training Support
•Standard Retirement Reporting and Support
•Electronic Time & Attendance Software Development
The term of this Agreement will be from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, at an estimated total cost of $96,638.40 based off of FY 2016-17 CALPADS enrollment (9,755 for the District and 1,041 for the California Military Institute). The District’s portion of services is $87,317.39. The cost for the California Military Institute’s (CMI) portion of services is $9,321.01, which will be billed as a direct cost to CMI per the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and CMI.
This Agreement is being taken to the Board as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contract from the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment, and services.
