Summary:
|
The District is requesting to contract with Fagen, Friedman, and Fulfrost LLP for legal services during the 2018-19 school year. Fagen, Friedman, and Fulfrost LLP has considerable experience working with school districts and can ensure that the District receives high-quality legal support.
The term of this Agreement will be from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
Government Code 53060: District may contract with and employ any persons for the furnishing to the special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal, or administrative matters if such persons are specially trained and experienced and competent to perform the special services required.
