Summary: Only Thoughts of Ownership, LLC will implement a student personal growth academy at Pinacate Middle School for 25-30 students that will include:

- 30 school visits (one per week, 60 minutes per visit)
- 30 copies of Oliver Petty’s book, Win Today!
- Personal calendar/planner
- Students will participate in a field trip to one (1) University
- Shark Tank presentation
- Field trip to a credit union
- Students First Suit.
- Guest speakers

The cost of this service will be $21,000. The term of this Agreement shall be from August 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Title I Funds, not the General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement for Professional Services with Only Thoughts of Ownership, LLC to provide a Student Mentoring Academy to increase student achievement, reduce suspensions, increase participation, and help build leadership skills.
