Summary:
|
The charter is recommending an increase to the salary range and work days for the Account Clerk position. This recommendation is based on a compensation study of surrounding districts of like positions. Increasing the salary and work day would ensure that the charter employs and retains high quality employees. The salary placement would be increased from Row (3) $2906 to $3713 to Row (8) $3290 to $4202 and increase work days from 207 to 246 days. Increasing the work days for this position would ensure uninterrupted sound of fiscal operations for the Charter.

The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the California Military Institute General Fund.
