Summary:
|
An Interdistrict Attendance Master Agreement is provided for all districts in Riverside County. The attached agreement gives all districts permission to release, if they choose, students to attend schools within the boundaries of the Perris Union High School District. It also allows all school districts to accept students from the Perris Union High School District that may apply to attend schools within their boundaries.
The term of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022.
Education Code 46600: The governing boards of two or more school districts may enter into an agreement, for a term not to exceed five school years, for the interdistrict attendance of pupils who are residents of the school districts.
