Summary:
|
During the course of the fiscal year, budget revisions become necessary to bring the budgeted revenues and expenditures in balance with actual receipts and expenses. By making these appropriation adjustments to actuals, the District will be able to reflect a more realistic picture of actual spending patterns of funds and keep each account up-to-date with accurate uncommitted balances. Upon approval of this resolution, the Deputy Superintendent of Business Services or the Director of Fiscal Services would be permitted to approve such appropriation transfers as necessary, thereby keeping ledgers current and accurate. Transfers made will be included in First and Second Interim Reports, which will be presented to the Board for approval.
