Summary: The District would like to enter into an Agreement with Addiction Treatment Technologies, LLC, DBA Care Solace. The District is recommending this service in order to support parents and students with obtaining treatment services in the area of mental health and substance abuse.

Care Solace will provide a District branded website containing a vetted list of service providers, match providers that will work with families insurance or through public assistance, procure appointments and services, and provide telephone customer service support (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm, Pacific time) to families and students of the District.

The initial term of this Agreement will be from April 18, 2019 to June 30, 2019 at no cost to the District, as the Riverside County Office of Education has agreed to cover the cost as a pilot program.

Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.
Funding: No fiscal impact.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement with Addiction Treatment Technologies, LLC to provide mental health and substance abuse services for students.
