Summary:
|
The District would like to retain the services of Vavrinek, Trine and Day, LLP (VTD) for the 2019-20 fiscal year. VTD provides the District with consulting services in the areas of budget, year-end closing, facilities, attendance, categorical and nutrition compliance, staff training, and advisory service, as well as coordination of multi-year projections and revenue calculations.
The total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed $30,000 without a prior, mutually agreed upon, modification to this Agreement.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
