Summary:

Nutrition Services is requesting to renew the District’s participation in the Super Co-op Agreement for USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) commodity foods. Nutrition Services has determined that it is in the best interest of the District to utilize the Agreement for the 2018-19 school year.
Legal reference for piggybackable bidding is Public Contract Code 20118.
