Summary:
|
One of the eight (8) State priorities of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is to increase parent involvement and communication. The Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) and the California Military Institute (CMI) have been using BlackBoard Connect for communicating with parents by phone, email, and text messaging regarding emergency notifications, student attendance, various school activities, and announcements.
The term of the Renewal Agreement shall be from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The total cost for renewal of services is $18,373.31. The District’s portion of services is $16,610.11. The cost for the California Military Institute’s portion of services is $1,763.20, which will be billed as a direct cost to CMI per the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and CMI.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through the General Fund and the Charter School.
