Summary:
|
The District has four schools (Heritage High School, Paloma Valley High School, Perris High School, and Pinacate Middle School) certified through RIMS Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) and the AVID Center in San Diego. This contract covers the licensing fee in addition to the support each site receives from personnel at RIMS AVID and the AVID Center. Support includes coaching for AVID site coordinators, site teams, site administration, and district administration, as well as assistance with data management of the AVID program, site visits, writing of the site plan, the annual certification self-study and implementation of the plans.
The total cost of services will be $11,721. The term of this Agreement will be July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.
