Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to continue with the services of Scott Smith of CSG Advisors Incorporated, for financial advisory and consulting services through a multi-year contract. Scott Smith has served as the District’s Financial Advisor since 2009 The Agreement with CSG Advisors Incorporated, would begin July 1, 2017, and would be effective through June 30, 2022. The cost for general financial advisory services are payable on an hourly basis at $275 per hour, and used on an as needed basis. Should the District desire to do bond or other financing transactions, a fixed fee contingent services contract would be entered into once a financing objective was determined. Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment, and services.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2021-22 operating budgets funded through the General Fund, Developer Fees, and Bond Proceeds.
