Summary: The Paloma Valley High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with SOS Entertainment in order to retain a location for the 2020 Paloma Valley High School Prom.

The 2020 prom will be held at the San Diego Port Pavilion in San Diego, California on Saturday, April 25, 2020. The cost is $85 per person with a minimum guarantee of 800 attendees for a cost of $68,000. The maximum attendees will not exceed 1,600 for a cost of $136,000. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2019-20 Senior Class students and ASB Advisor.
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2019-20 operating budget funded through Paloma Valley High School's Associated Student Body Account, not the General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement with SOS Entertainment for the 2020 Paloma Valley High School Prom.
