Summary:

The District is requesting to contract with Adam, Silvia and McNally, LLP for legal services regarding personnel matters for the 2017-18 school year. Adam, Silvia and McNally, LLP has considerable experience working with school districts and can ensure that the District receives high-quality legal support.
Government Code 53060: District may contract with and employ any persons for the furnishing to the special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal, or administrative matters if such persons are specially trained and experienced and competent to perform the special services required.
