For the 2020-21 school year, Ed. Code 43509 requires Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to adopt and submit the local control funding formula Budget Overview for Parents. This is required to be prepared in the attached template developed by the California Department of Education (CDE) and submitted to the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) with the District's First Interim Report.
